Commit is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with an ability to deliver, implement and design complex solutions to join a cutting-edge technology team!

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps professional with strong hands-on experience and a proven track record of building DevOps infrastructures from the ground up.

This role combines technical leadership with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to drive the design and implementation of modern DevOps practices in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

✔ Lead the design and implementation of DevOps infrastructure from scratch, including automation frameworks and deployment pipelines.

✔ Build, maintain, and optimize scalable CI/CD processes for microservices-based architectures.

✔ Design and manage cloud-native and hybrid infrastructures, with a strong focus on AWS environments.

✔ Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

✔ Work closely with Development, QA, and Security teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

✔ Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

✔ Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve operational processes.

✔ Drive best practices around automation, scalability, security, and infrastructure management.

Requirements

Requirements:

✔ 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.

✔ Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch for microservices-based environments.

✔ Strong experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.

✔ Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.

✔ Experience with Jenkins and ArgoCD.

✔ Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions such as Grafana, ElasticSearch, or Splunk.

✔ Experience integrating and managing hybrid environments combining AWS Cloud, On-Prem infrastructure, and IT systems.

✔ Strong scripting and automation skills.

✔ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Development, QA, and Security teams.

Nice to Have:

✔ Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

✔ Experience working in large-scale production environments.

✔ Familiarity with GitOps methodologies and cloud security best practices.
