How you’ll make an impact:
- We are seeking a Software Developer with deep expertise in Azure DevOps to design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD infrastructure. In this role, you will focus on pipeline engineering, build agent management, and continuous monitoring to ensure reliable and secure software delivery across projects.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for build, test, and deployment workflows
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Azure DevOps build and release agents (Microsoft-hosted and self-hosted)
- Monitor CI/CD pipeline execution and proactively resolve failures, performance issues, and bottlenecks
- Establish and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies for Azure DevOps projects and environments
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate pipelines with application architecture
- Implement automation for build, test, artifact management, and deployment processes
- Maintain pipeline reliability, security, and auditability across all environments
- Document CI/CD processes, configurations, and operational standards
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s (BE/B.Tech) or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field with 2–5 years of progressive experience.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines (build and release)
- Strong experience managing and configuring build agents (including self-hosted environments)
- Demonstrated experience with continuous monitoring and troubleshooting of CI/CD processes
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing RBAC for Azure DevOps projects
- Experience with code quality, static analysis, and CI/CD validation tools (e.g., SonarQube, SonarCloud, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts, artifact management, and deployment workflows
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps-based development environments
- Ability to work with SQL Server databases (create/restore databases, write/run queries, server connection/authentication)
Preferred
- Proficiency in C# / .NET development
- Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services (e.g., App Services, Storage, SQL, Batch, Functions)
- Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with cloud-native architectures.
