Senior DevOps Engineer – Copado (Salesforce CI/CD)
Location:
India, US, Mexico (Remote)
Project Overview:
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer/Lead with hands-on Copado experience (4-5 years) to support and evolve our Salesforce DevOps platform. The role will focus on Copado pipeline management, automation, and platform ownership transition into the Developer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Copado platform across multiple product teams
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Automate manual tasks such as promotions and security scans
- Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshooting
- Onboard new teams and define best practices
- Cross-train internal team members and collaborate across teams
Required Qualifications:
-10+ years of overall experience
-3–4 years of Copado experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce SDLC, Git, CI/CD
- Experience with multi-org environments and pipeline configuration
- Familiarity with Jenkins or similar tools
Working Hours:
- Must align to Pacific Time (4 PM – 12 AM PT or 2 PM – 10 PM PT)
Success Criteria:
- Reduced manual interventions
- Improved pipeline stability and deployment success
- Effective knowledge transfer and team enablement
