We are looking for a highly capable resource with strong experience in Azure DevOps and Salesforce metadata management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing version control using Git, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.

Requirements:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

  • Manage and deploy Salesforce metadata using best practices and automation tools.

  • Implement and maintain version control strategies using Git.

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to coordinate deployment activities.

  • Automate deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline issues and deployment failures.

  • Maintain clear documentation for deployment processes and configurations.

  • Proven experience with Azure DevOps, especially in pipeline setup and management.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata structure and deployment tools (e.g., SFDX, Metadata API).

  • Proficiency in Git for version control, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.

  • Familiarity with version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow).

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with distributed teams.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD best practices in a Salesforce environment.

  • Experience with Salesforce DX and scratch orgs.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferences:

  • Additionally, Salesforce experience with 4+ years of experience in design and development of applications, hands on with Salesforce Configuration, Apex coding, integration, flows and LWC. 

  • Experience integrating static code analysis tools into CI/CD pipelines.
