- Work with data from different domains across industries.
- Strong understanding of Conversational design principles and practices.
- Experienced with Natural language understanding tools and techniques.

- May also be required to be the Point of Contact (POC) for some client teams. This involves managing deliverables for the given use cases, ensuring the compliance of other analysts on the team, and working with engineering / TechOps teams to surface technical issues.
- Additionally, may be required to be a “buddy” for new analysts joining the team. New analysts will shadow buddies, and use buddies to get up to speed on project specific knowledge.
