2. Analytics & Tagging Implementation

  • Technical Tagging: Define and implement tracking requirements for digital assets, ensuring they are accessible to assistive technologies (ARIA labels, semantic metadata).
  • Data Integrity: Validate that tagging deployments do not interfere with site performance or accessibility features.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of tagging schemas and accessibility standards for cross-brand use.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical and functional oversight for the team. This includes delivering precise guidance on ticket estimation and complexity, translating business requirements into a clearly defined technical scope, and ensuring all deliverables are validated against client-agreed benchmarks..

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications - 10+ years of related experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Accessibility Standards: Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and WAI-ARIA best practices.
  • Tools: Experience with accessibility testing tools (Axe, Wave, Lighthouse) and assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
  • Development Literacy: Strong understanding of Semantic HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript (enough to guide FE developers).

  • Platform: Experience managing technical workflows in ServiceNow (SNOW).

Soft Skills:

  • Prioritization: Ability to evaluate business criticality vs. technical difficulty.
