Job Summary
You will bring significant design experience to the role. You can confidently pitch ideas and deliver best practice advice to clients. You take pride in delivering projects from start to finish and communicating the creative vision effectively and clearly. You will be a successful team member if you are self-motivated, constantly curious, seek to understand and actively work towards the success of the team and the company.
Should be flexible to work in US hours when required
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage your workflow and projects from start to finish via a Salesforce case queue
- Book screenshare design discoveries and consultations with customers as needed via a shared calendar and Microsoft Teams
- Have a solid understanding of designing for HTML email
- Create visually engaging, high-quality designs based on email best practice
- Build, test and deliver HTML email templates within the Poppulo system that are user friendly and cross-client compatible
- Advise customers on best practice use of the Poppulo system
Candidate Expertise Required:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in web design
- A bachelors degree in multimedia, graphic design, web design, front-end programming or related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training
- Strong digital portfolio displaying creative, user-friendly and clean designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Figma
- HTML & CSS coding
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Experience with Responsive design & media queries
- Experience in using Microsoft suite
Skills and Experience Beneficial for This Role:
- Strong background in customer service and ability to articulate concepts and recommendations, both written and verbally in English
- Significant design experience demonstrating ability to stay on brief and work within deadlines
- Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Be a team player, establishing great working relationships with colleagues
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of industry trends and accessibility guidelines
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot known email design issues
- Strong focus on attention to detail
