FleetPride is the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. with some of the best and brightest people in the business! Partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry and apply today!

FleetPride is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Specialist to create clear, consistent, high-performing content across digital channels while tailoring tone, structure, and format for each platform. This role will support email, organic/SEO, paid media, on-site content, social channels, supplier and co-op campaigns, and emerging community channels such as Reddit and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor who understands how content performs in a B2B ecommerce environment. They can translate technical heavy-duty parts and service information into customer-friendly messaging, adapt one campaign idea into channel-specific executions, and use performance data to improve engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.

This is a hands-on content role for someone who is comfortable working inside digital platforms. The candidate should understand enough HTML and digital production fundamentals to help maximize email performance in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and improve on-site content execution in Salesforce Lightning, while partnering effectively with creative, analytics, ecommerce, product, category management, sales, and supplier partners.

This position is on-site Monday-Thursday at FleetPride's corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas, relocating to Plano, Texas in summer 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Content Development: Plan, write, edit, and adapt content for landing pages, blog articles, SEO content, email campaigns, paid ad copy, ad scripts, and promotional messaging.
  • Channel-Specific Adaptation: Translate campaign strategies into platform-appropriate copy, adjusting tone, length, formatting, calls to action, and information hierarchy for email, SEO, paid media, social, community, and on-site experiences.
  • Email Content & HTML Support: Create email copy, including subject lines, preheaders, body copy, CTAs, personalization opportunities, and A/B test variants. Apply working knowledge of HTML/CSS constraints to improve readability, accessibility, deliverability, mobile rendering, and template performance.
  • Paid Search Ad Copy Creation: Create, A/B test, and refresh compelling ad copy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, OpenAI Ads, and similar platforms
  • On-Site Content: Support content updates and page optimization in Salesforce Lightning or related CMS environments. Use basic HTML and digital content best practices to improve page structure, crawlability, internal linking, conversion paths, and customer usability.
  • SEO Optimization: Partner with ecommerce stakeholders to research keywords, optimize SEO titles, metadata, headings, internal links, body copy, and structured content, and improve organic visibility for key product, service, category, and content pages.
  • Campaign & Calendar Support: Partner with paid media, email, creative, category management, supplier/co-op, and ecommerce teams to produce content aligned to campaign goals, seasonal priorities, promotions, acquisition, reactivation, and loyalty efforts.
  • Brand Voice & Content Governance: Maintain FleetPride brand voice and messaging consistency while creating reusable content patterns, copy guidance, and channel-specific standards that help the broader team produce more consistent digital content.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Collaborate with analytics stakeholders to review email, SEO, social, paid, and on-site performance metrics. Use data, A/B tests, and customer behavior insights to recommend content improvements.

Qualifications & experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional content marketing, copywriting, editorial, or digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B ecommerce, distribution, automotive, heavy-duty, industrial, or technical product environments.
  • Writing Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to write and edit across multiple digital formats, including email, SEO content, landing pages, and paid media.
  • Channel Expertise: Strong ability to adapt messaging for different platforms, audiences, and customer journey stages, with a clear understanding that effective email copy, SEO copy, Reddit/community content, LinkedIn content, and landing page copy require different styles and structures
  • SEO Knowledge: Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, search intent, metadata, headings, internal linking, content refreshes, and content performance measurement.
  • Email & Marketing Automation: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another enterprise email/marketing automation platform strongly preferred. Familiarity with email content blocks, personalization, dynamic content, QA, segmentation, and A/B testing is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML and basic CSS for email and website content production. The role does not require advanced development, but candidates should be able to edit content modules, understand common email rendering constraints, troubleshoot basic formatting issues, and communicate effectively with developers.
  • Salesforce & CMS Exposure: Experience working in Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce CMS, ecommerce CMS platforms, or similar web content tools preferred.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting, SEO tools, social analytics, A/B testing, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Creative Production: Basic understanding of digital creative formats, image/video editing workflows, content briefs, and how copy works with visuals across paid, social, email, and on-site placements.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organization, attention to detail, project management, stakeholder communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

HIGHLY DESIRED

  • Knowledge of heavy-duty, fleet, commercial vehicle, industrial, or distribution industries.
  • Experience creating content for ecommerce conversion, product/category merchandising, lifecycle marketing, or B2B customer acquisition.
  • Ability to produce basic video and image content using tools like Canva and HTML5 ad content using Google Web Designer
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content generation, SEO optimization, content QA, and workflow tools.
  • Comfort translating technical product information into plain-language customer benefits for multiple buyer personas, including drivers, fleet managers, shop owners, and procurement teams.

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
