ABOUT THE JOB
Principal responsibilities:
- User-centred design thinking: empathise with users, solve problems from customer perspective, conduct research to gather insight (qualitative and usability testing)
- Wireframing & protoyping: able to quickly translate ideas into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Visual design: strong grasp of all visual elements, including motion, micro-interaction and attention to visual hierarchy
- Interactive design: can create intuitive experiences that make it easy for customer to customers to interact
- Information architecture: ability to structure and organise content effectively with clear content hierarchy
- UX writing: writes clear, concise, user-friendly microcopy that helps guide users thru tasks
- Communication: Strong written / verbal communication and ability to explain design decisions
- Curiosity: intellectually curious and always looking to improve the customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Profound understanding of best practices and trends regarding digital, banking, finance, and investment products.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
