Job Summary:
As a Digital Learning Designer, Associate within the Operational Learning team at JPMorgan Chase, you will be at the forefront of transforming how we develop and deliver learning to our employees. You will promote the need to deliver more microlearning to support business upskilling and create unique learning experiences that enhance learner engagement and improve employee knowledge, skills, and job performance.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop impactful digital learning solutions.
  • Use agile development tools and processes to create engaging and interactive learning content, including e-learning courses, infographics, animations, simulations, assessments, microlearnings, and learning games.
  • Ensure training content adheres to audio/visual technical specifications, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
  • Work on multiple large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders as part of a global Learning Development team.
  • Produce high-quality solutions and consistently maintain project schedules.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Strong experience in building digital learning solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, balancing startup-like agility with the structured scale of a Fortune 50 enterprise.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in e-learning, including advancements in AI usage in learning.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA requirements and experience developing fully accessible digital solutions.
  • Experience in designing engaging learning interventions, beyond traditional page-turners.
  • Commitment to maintaining and developing knowledge in educational technology, adult learning, and educational best practices.
  • Proficiency in any of the following tech stack and tools: Adobe Creative Suite applications, LMS platforms (e.g., Oracle), Articulate Storyline, and SCORM.
