The role requires close collaboration with data science, analytics, and business teams to deliver high-quality datasets for marketing effectiveness and audience measurement.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Integrate and manage data from CRM, CDP, media platforms, ad servers, web analytics, and transaction systems.
- Develop data models and analytical datasets to support MMM, MTA, audience measurement, and customer analytics.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across marketing data assets.
- Optimize data workflows and automate data processing using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enable advanced modeling and measurement solutions.
- Support cloud-based data platforms and modern data architecture initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT frameworks.
- Experience working with first-party customer data, audience platforms, and digital marketing datasets.
- Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), customer analytics, or media measurement.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
