As a digital marketing intern, you will support the strategic and operational activities around Omnichannel Marketing within the Patient and Healthcare Experience (PHEX) ecosystem across business units (BUs) for both Healthcare Professionals and Public/Patients, with a focus on digital marketing channels, including but not limited to:

Support Services
As a digital marketing intern, you will support the strategic and operational activities around Omnichannel Marketing within the Patient and Healthcare Experience (PHEX) ecosystem across business units (BUs) for both Healthcare Professionals and Public/Patients, with a focus on digital marketing channels, including but not limited to:
- Website Management
- Email Marketing
- Instant Messaging Solutions
- Social Media
- External Partnering Platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Content and Channel Specialist to identify opportunities and operationalise omnichannel strategies across channels, in collaboration with Brand Marketing Leads across BUs
- Embrace data integrity and quality to drive data excellence across the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Proactively contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions within PHEX, across BUs and cross-functional teams, around the areas of omnichannel, content and channel excellence.
- Reinforce confidence to communicate and drive tasks across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional leaders in representation of the PHEX team.
Skills Required:
- Strong project management skills
- Confident and proficient in written and verbal skills to enable effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders
- Good organisation skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities
- Independent learner and team player
- Preferably basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Knowledge and interest in Science/Healthcare is beneficial but not mandatory
- Proficient in MS office applications (e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Creative design, copywriting is a plus
