Job Overview:


We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team at CuringBusy. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—managing client-facing digital marketing projects while also leading a team of marketing virtual assistants. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions, international client management, and the ability to deliver tailored strategies to meet diverse client requirements.



Requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their digital needs and developing result-oriented marketing strategies.

  • Oversee and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Provide reporting on the various online performance KPIs such as CTRs, CPMs & CPCs.

  • Website development on WordPress.

  • Collaborate with VAs to ensure the timely execution of client deliverables.

  • Analyze performance data and provide regular reports and insights to clients.

  • Stay updated on global digital marketing trends and tools, integrating them into client strategies as needed.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of Digital Marketing VAs to ensure quality and performance.

  • Handle client escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels.

  • Participate in client onboarding and proposal presentations. Candidate Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including agency or virtual setup experience.

  • Proven client-facing experience with international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of all major digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO tools, CRM, etc.)

  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

  • Experienced in any of the Website Platforms: WordPress, Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Squarespace.

  • Experience with advertisement tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube ads, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Software like Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Sender, Hubspot email marketing, Omnisend, Sendpulse, Mailjet, Moosend, etc.

  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience managing and mentoring remote marketing teams.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align digital solutions with business goals.
