Role Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos of our events, workshops, and projects, and transforming them into engaging visual content that represents the SZI brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle professional photography and videography during workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and internal events.

• Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and related production equipment to ensure top-quality capture.

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional, educational, and internal purposes using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).

• Edit photographs for marketing materials, social media, websites, and reports.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Technical teams to conceptualize video and photo requirements.

• Manage and organize a digital media library, ensuring all assets are cataloged and archived systematically.

• Maintain equipment in good working condition, advising management on upgrades or new purchases when necessary.

• Stay updated on latest trends and techniques in media production to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Media, Visual Communication, Photography or related field.

• Experience: Exceptional freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting, and framing.

  • Creative eye for storytelling through visuals.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.

  • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Passion for technology, education, or aerospace is a plus.
