Are you interested in starting your career in Digital Marketing and not afraid to take on the challenge of lead processing in a growing team with a developing Martech stack? We are looking for Junior Digital Operations associate to join our newly established Marketing Delivery Centre based in Chennai, India. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing Delivery Centre (MDC) and be part of the Brand, Marketing and External relations team.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Process contacts generated from Marketing campaigns and inbound web generated leads into our CRM system and hand these leads over to the correct Sales teams for follow up.
- Search and update existing CRM contacts with up-to-date information to ensure a consistent buying experience for our prospective customers.
- Ensure our HubSpot database accurately reflects the engagement our Sales team has with our Marketing contacts.
- Support the Operations Lead and HubSpot admin with data cleaning and enrichment tasks.
- As part of the Marketing Delivery Centre you will support your colleagues with tasks around e-mail marketing, HubSpot landing pages and forms when needed.

- Strong ability to follow and optimize established workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency in lead processing.
- Understanding how CRM systems function and how they contribute to Marketing and Sales alignment. Experience with HubSpot or MS Dynamics is a plus.
- Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable adapting to new tools, systems, and workflows as technology and processes evolve.
- Prior experience in a B2B environment or working in a marketing delivery/support role is a plus.
