Are you a Digital Specialist who knows how to leverage marketing tooling to deliver a smooth webinar experience? If you have orchestrated webinars across time zones and have created memorable online experiences for B2B audiences, this role as Digital Operations Specialist with responsibility for our webinars will be a great opportunity. Join our newly established Marketing Delivery Centre based in Chennai, India. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing Delivery Centre (MDC) and be part of the Brand, Marketing and External relations team.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Technical responsibility for setting up and hosting all Ramboll webinars end-to-end.
- Set-up of webinar ‘infrastructure’ with registration pages, e-mail confirmations, know-before-you-go e-mails, follow up e-mails with playback link and reports.
- Manage webinar schedules to accommodate global time zones, including working late shifts when required.
- Maintain the integration between Twenty Three and HubSpot to enable correct data enrichment and lead management.
- Create a webinar toolbox to support stakeholders across the organisation who need to plan webinars.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers and Operations Specialists to create and refine lists and automation to invite the right audiences to the right webinars.
- As part of the Marketing Delivery Centre you will support your colleagues with tasks around e-mail marketing, HubSpot landing pages and forms when needed.

- 1-3+ years of experience with webinar platforms such as Twenty Three (or similar platforms) and experience in planning end-to-end webinar campaigns from invite to hosting and reporting.
- Hands on experience with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot and specifically across segmentation, automation and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including e-mail marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign analytics in B2B.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external audiences.
- Willingness to work odd hours and manage events across various time zones.
