Stream Security is seeking a Director of Demand Generation who enjoys being both strategic and technical — a true hands-on leader. You will design and run integrated campaigns, outbound, ABM, channel marketing, events, and revenue operations, while leveraging AI-driven marketing tools to gain an edge in personalization, automation, and performance.

Responsibilities 

  1. Define and own the global demand generation strategy to accelerate pipeline growth.
  2. Lead & execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns (outbound, ABM, digital, channel, events).
  3. Drive outbound marketing programs across email, social, and targeted outreach.
  4. Build and execute a scalable Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy with Sales.
  5. Develop and run channel/partner marketing programs to generate a joint pipeline.
  6. Design and execute co-marketing campaigns, partner assets, and joint events.
  7. Manage & execute events strategy – industry conferences, webinars, and executive roundtables.
  8. Implement and optimize AI-powered marketing tools to improve content, targeting, and campaign performance.
  9. Establish RevOps discipline: metrics, dashboards, reporting, and attribution.
  10. Manage and scale the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, ABM platforms, analytics).
  11. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  12. Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and growth.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software), with at least 3+ years in demand generation management.
  • Prior status experience is a must. 
  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline through outbound, ABM, events, and partner marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms, and analytics.
  • Direct experience with AI marketing tools (content generation, automation, campaign optimization, analytics).
  • Strong background in field marketing, events, and channel programs.
  • Experience building or optimizing RevOps function.
  • Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • A hands-on mindset — comfortable being both strategic and technical.
