Job Description:

Pluralsight is hiring a Director of Growth and Digital Marketing to run the digital engine supporting new-logo acquisition and customer expansion. Directing a 7-figure digital marketing budget, you will be responsible for driving tens of millions in marketing-sourced pipeline across our mid-market and enterprise segments globally. Success is measured in pipeline and revenue, not clicks and CPLs.

We are looking for a hands-on builder who can establish the playbook, then scale it across the team to support long-term growth. You'll build campaigns that pull early engagement through to pipeline and closed-won revenue, connecting awareness, nurture, and conversion across channels so interest turns into opportunities. You will also lead the evolution of the team and operating model- creating clear ownership, stronger accountability, and the capabilities needed to scale. This role reports to the VP, Revenue Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital execution for partner teams
    • Translate briefs from cross-functional stakeholders into demand gen plans, traffic strategy, and budget recommendations to reach their pipeline goals.
    • Manage paid, email, and digital execution for global campaigns, reporting results back to campaign owners.
    • Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and intake processes so partner teams launch faster with consistent quality.
    • Advise campaign owners on where digital will and won't move the number, backed by performance data.
    • Partner with Revenue Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Field, Events, Sales, and Customer Success to activate digital programs supporting launches, strategic accounts, ABM, new-logo acquisition, and expansion.
  • Owned growth programs
    • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel strategies that build awareness, generate demand, and pull prospects through to closed-won ARR.
    • Own always-on digital acquisition programs, including paid search, paid social, and lifecycle nurture, with accountability for pipeline contribution.
    • Own lifecycle programs across acquisition, nurture, customer engagement, retention, and expansion, using behavioral signals and segmentation to move customers and prospects to the next best action.
    • Allocate the digital budget across channels and programs based on pipeline and bookings, and move spend when the data says to.
    • Hands-on optimization of new programs, channels, and creative.
    • Direct the media agency as its strategic owner. Set priorities, manage scope, and run quarterly business reviews.
    • Build scalable digital and ABM playbooks that can be deployed across segments, regions, strategic accounts, and solution campaigns.
  • Measurement, budget, and team
    • Track full-funnel performance from first engagement to closed-won ARR, sharing insights with campaign owners and marketing leadership.
    • Perform post-mortems on closed-won and closed-lost pipeline to reallocate spend and sharpen playbooks.
    • Manage financial forecasting, pacing, and reconciliation with Finance.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team spanning paid media, lifecycle, and digital campaign execution. Establish clear ownership and expectations, build analytical and strategic capability, manage performance, and develop leaders who can operate with increasing autonomy and accountability.
    • Continuously improve the growth operating model, including intake, prioritization, measurement, agency workflows, and cross-functional decision rights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or digital marketing, including 6+ years leading and developing teams, including experienced marketers and people managers.
  • Proven track record managing 7-figure digital media budgets across search, social, programmatic, partners, and video, delivering measurable ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure digital pipeline contribution in the CRM beyond platform reporting, using multi-touch attribution or incrementality testing.
  • Experience managing and scaling a media agency relationship that delivers results.
  • Built repeatable campaign playbooks and intake processes that helped other teams move faster.
  • Experience owning or materially influencing lifecycle programs across acquisition, nurture, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience supporting ABM and strategic-account motions in partnership with Sales and Revenue Marketing.
  • Track record marketing B2B SaaS to mid-market and enterprise buyers. Experience reaching technology leaders (CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering) is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communicator who articulates performance, tradeoffs, and strategy clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or evolve teams and operating models in environments with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high expectations for measurable business impact.
  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
