What You'll Bring:

We are looking for a Director to lead the Identity Governance and Access. The responsibilities will include:
1. Lead the IGA development and Operations team
2. Automate Manual steps in Ops and ensure 95%+ automation
3. Modernize the IGA solution
4. Work with internal teams to ensure self service of IGA processes.
5. Transition the Ops team to handle infrastructure monitoring, patching etc.
6. Represent the IAM team in Audit

Impact You'll Make:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Security Engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Identity Access Management.
  • Familiarity with IAM platforms like SailPoint, Ping Identity, and PAM tools.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security best practices, identity lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
