The Opportunity
We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on Director of Product Management to build the future of Acrobat from India. This is not a maintenance role - it’s about driving bold innovation, AI-powered efficiency, and seamless collaboration for millions of users worldwide. You will influence global product direction, champion ideas from India, and build products that define the category.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the long-term product strategy for Acrobat, aligned with Adobe’s Document Cloud vision.
- Lead and empower a team of product managers to deliver world-class SaaS experiences that scale across consumer, SMB, and enterprise segments.
- Build the product roadmap by synthesizing customer insights, market shifts, and new technologies (AI, GenAI, mobile, cloud, security).
- Influence collaborators worldwide and champion innovative initiatives at Adobe’s executive level.
- Collaborate with engineering, build, research, and GTM to implement with excellence - from concept to launch to iteration.
- Build strong external connections with enterprise clients, ecosystem partners, and industry leaders to anticipate trends and opportunities.
- Drive data-informed decisions — set success metrics, analyze usage, and course-correct rapidly.
- Mentor, grow, and develop a high-performing PM team, nurturing future leaders.
What You Bring
- 18+ years of professional experience, with at least 12+ years in Product Management leadership roles.
- Proven success building and scaling B2C and B2B SaaS products - ideally across global markets.
- Track record of defining product vision and leading execution in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Deep domain expertise in efficiency, document workflows, collaboration, or enterprise SaaS (bonus: exposure to AI/GenAI).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Ability to inspire trust and alignment across senior leaders, engineering, design, and GTM.
- A passion for customer impact, innovation, and crafting the future of work.
