Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
- Proven track record as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
- Mastery of Python, with Athena experience
- Hands-on expertise in managing large-scale enterprise platforms, in post trade technology.
- Demonstrated success in leading application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in the financial services industry, especially within Commercial and Investment Banking.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and practices.
