· 2-4 years of experience in knowledge management or a related field

· Must have strong attention to detail to review, edit, and format documents accurately, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and non-compliance issues, and ensuring document quality and integrity

· Should possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple documents, versions, and revisions effectively, ensuring that documentation processes are streamlined and efficient

· Must have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, convey information clearly and accurately, and facilitate document reviews, approvals, and revisions

· Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions to address documentation-related challenges, such as compliance gaps, process inefficiencies, and quality issues.

Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of documentation across various projects and departments. As a Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for producing comprehensive technical documents, user manuals, and operational procedures that adhere to the company's standards and best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and product management, to gather information and ascertain documentation requirements. Your ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in a user-friendly manner will be vital in helping employees and clients understand our products and services effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the quality and clarity of our documentation processes, making a lasting impact on the overall efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities

· Assist in drafting and updating process documents, technical documents, and process maps (L1, L2, L3).

· Perform initial validation of documents to ensure they are free of grammatical errors and inconsistencies.

· Support the design and maintenance of the knowledge management repository (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).

· Help categorize and catalog knowledge articles for efficient retrieval.

· Participate in training programs to learn documentation processes and tools.

· Assist in conducting quality reviews and audits of documents under supervision.

· Utilize AI-powered tools for document classification and initial content validation.

· Learn and apply BPMN standards in process documentation.

· Proficient in document management systems, word processing software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools and technologies used to create, format, manage, and distribute documents

Schedule / Shift: Regular / Standard (Overlap with US business Hours)

Job Type: Full-time job

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
