Now, we're looking for a strategic buyer with DTC instincts to take ownership of one of our subscription-based e-commerce brands.

THE ROLE

As our DTC Brand Manager you’ll own the end-to-end curation, sourcing, and optimization of our subscription box offering. You will play a pivotal role in driving retention, elevating customer experience, and ensuring that every box delivers tangible value.


This role is 60% product buying & supplier coordination, 20% customer insight & feedback, and 20% experience and retention optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Buying & Inventory Curation

  • Curate and source all items for the subscription box, ensuring variety, quality, and alignment with brand identity.

  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time deliveries.

Customer Research & Experience Enhancement

  • Design and analyze surveys and feedback loops to understand customer preferences, satisfaction, and retention risks.

  • Implement data-driven product and box improvements based on insights.

Subscription Box Execution

  • Oversee box presentation, unboxing experience, and creative insert production (e.g. guides, magazines).

  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create high-quality branded assets.

Churn Prevention & Retention

  • Monitor churn rates, analyze cancellation reasons, and improve retention flows.

  • Launch loyalty programs, experience enhancements, and strategic initiatives to increase LTV.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with inventory, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and communication.

  • Act as the brand’s internal voice of the customer.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2–4+ years in e-commerce buying, merchandising, or inventory management—subscription/DTC experience preferred.

  • Solid understanding of what makes a great product experience for recurring customers.

  • Strong sense of quality, detail, and brand coherence in product selection.

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, surveys, and project management systems (Asana, Notion, or similar).

  • Independent, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Introductory Call with Talent Acquisition (30–45 min)

    An opportunity to learn more about each other, discuss your background, the role, and our company culture.

  • Role-Related Task

    A short assignment designed to reflect real aspects of the position and highlight your approach to problem-solving.

  • Final Interview (45–60 min)

    A conversation with the Hiring Manager and HR to explore your expertise, alignment with the role’s vision, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Reference Check

    Conducted as a final step to confirm previous experience and ensure a strong mutual fit.

  • Decision & Feedback

    We’ll provide timely and transparent feedback, regardless of the outcome.

FIXED SERVICE FEE

€1,000 - €1400 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

  • For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

    This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
