Job Description Role • Digital Workplace Trainee Key Responsibilities • Own and deliver on proactive & RFP based solution proposals with a major emphasis on value engineering, for our customers and prospects • Closely work with Sales, Presales, Alliance Team to build relevant partnerships with major solution providers, service providers with complementary skills • Conceptualize and develop framework, accelerators, or solutions for specific needs. • Periodic reviews with leadership team on service line operations, progress, and overall direction • Define and manage service offering alongside development roadmap and investments. • Collaborate with partners, analyst firms and innovation teams and delivery SMEs to define and develop new services and capabilities. • Expertise in one or more of the following: span desktop engineering, endpoint monitoring and management, virtual workspace, endpoint automation, PC as a Service, communication, collaboration and productivity tools and services, Service Desk, Field Services, Deskside support, Self-Service, Conversational AI, knowledge management, digital experience management and more containing modernization requirements etc. • Should have strong knowledge of Tools such as Chat, ChatBot, Chat GPT, Email Parser, Self-Heal solutions such as Next Think, Systrack etc. The Role Offers • Opportunity to engage in complex problem solving and design solutions that meet diverse business needs. • Access to continuous learning opportunities, including executive leadership programs, certifications, and industry conferences. • High visibility, opportunity to interact with multiple groups within the organization, technology vendors and implementation partners.
