We are looking for an E-Learning QA Specialist to ensure the quality, accuracy, and functionality of digital learning content across platforms and devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Test e-learning courses for functionality, usability, and accuracy
- Perform QA on videos, audio, assessments, and interactive elements
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in e-learning
- Having experience with JIRA - Project Management
- Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and LMS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience with QA or bug-tracking tools
