About the Role
The GenDigital eCommerce Product Team is responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of great digital experience to our prospects, customers, and partners. We want them to discover, transact and get help online so that we can deliver on our mission to enable people in protecting their digital lives.
What You Will Do in This Role

The eCommerce product team is looking for an experienced Product Manager who will focus on global eCommerce enablement.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, championing, and executing projects that focus on the existing customer base experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing features & executing customer facing experiences.
-
The likely candidate will own the product discovery process and collaborate with the business, user experience and engineering teams to release viable product features meeting all the needs of the stakeholder.

You will lead major cross-functional initiatives which will launch new features and functions that support the team’s ability to market, sell and transact around the globe.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
-
MBA preferred, Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of product management experience is required
-
3+ years of product experience in managing e-commerce checkout platform

Ability to influence management as well as technical and non-technical team members
-
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and the proven ability to communicate effectively

Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members; relationship building skills conducive to partnership

Growth mindset – unrestrained curiosity and drive in identifying continuous opportunities

Creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage ambiguity

Proven track record of bringing best in class customer-facing products to market

Ability to concurrently manage multiple short / long term initiatives with varying degrees of complexity and urgency

Ability to work with minimal supervision, thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task

Must be detail oriented and be able to think through complex problems

Ability to act as the product champion, evangelizing the product vision effectively to senior-level stakeholders
