The EHS Technician is responsible for payroll management, personnel administration, data reporting, and oversight of employee benefits and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Major Accountabilities:
- Workday administration.
- Daily payroll system management and cooperation with the payroll provider.
- Payroll data preparation.
- Personnel administration.
- Reporting – payroll and personnel data.
- Supervision of employee’s personal files .
- Supervision of employee’s liabilities and communication with debt collectors.
- Complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance.
- Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDRP, TISAX etc.
- Participation in HR Projects.
- Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees.
- Conducting standard HR processes – onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and others.
