You own lifecycle marketing across our partner brands, building automated flows and campaigns that drive conversion, retention, and revenue. You sit at the intersection of creative instinct and data strategy.
What you'll do
Architect end-to-end flows (welcome, abandon, win-back, post-purchase) across multiple brands
Define segmentation, personalisation logic, and campaign calendars
Own lifecycle KPIs - open rate, CTR, revenue per recipient, CAC:CLTV
Brief and QA email/SMS assets with the creative team
Maintain ESP hygiene across Klaviyo and Omnisend
Test AI tools for segmentation, send-time optimisation, and content generation
What you bring
5–8 years experience in email/CRM marketing
Worked with eCommerce brands (D2C preferred)
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
Has handled campaigns + automation (flows)
