We’re looking for an Enablement Specialist who thrives on executing structured onboarding workflows and ensuring partners can confidently launch and begin using Vendasta’s products and services. In this role, you’ll be at the front line of partner readiness—bridging the gap between sales, fulfillment, and long-term enablement.

About the Job:

As an Enablement Specialist, your mission is to deliver accurate and efficient onboarding support for partners, enabling them to launch and begin using Vendasta’s core products and services with confidence. You will work from established SOPs and AI-assisted playbooks to complete onboarding tasks such as Google Business Profile listing claims and platform setup, ensuring all partner touchpoints are handled with care, clarity, and accuracy.

This role bridges partner readiness and product adoption by ensuring the technical and operational foundations are in place for a seamless transition into ongoing enablement or consultancy. Your focus will be on executing structured onboarding processes, mastering core tools, and setting the stage for partner success.

Note:
This role requires working in CST shift hours, from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, at our Chennai office (Work from Office).

Your Impact:

As an Enablement Specialist, you will:

• Complete onboarding for a variety of products such as Paid Search Ads, Websites, Social Media, and AI products, following SOPs and leveraging AI tools for verification and accuracy.
• Assist with setup of Vendasta’s core services, including Business App, Social Marketing, Reputation Management, Local SEO, and Listing Sync when required.
• Work in collaboration with the fulfillment team to resolve technical onboarding requirements, escalating as appropriate.
• Ensure all onboarding milestones are completed within SLAs.
• Use AI workflows, checklists, and diagnostic tools to streamline onboarding steps and maintain high accuracy.
• Provide feedback on AI tools and scripts to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance consistency.
• Maintain awareness of new AI features and assist in incorporating them into onboarding processes.
• Communicate onboarding progress clearly and professionally to partners through email, ticketing systems, or in-session updates.
• Provide partners with AI-generated onboarding summaries and reference materials post-session.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all partner requirements are captured and met during onboarding.
• Follow established onboarding playbooks and contribute to process documentation updates as workflows evolve.
• Maintain detailed records of onboarding activity within the CRM and other enablement tracking systems.
• Identify potential gaps or recurring issues in onboarding workflows and flag them to the Team Lead, GrowthTech Enablement.
  

What you bring to the table:

• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of experience in onboarding, customer support, or fulfillment.
• Foundational understanding of online business presence and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile platform and related verification processes.
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply AI-enabled onboarding tools and scripts.
• Competence in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to follow structured workflows and escalate issues when required.
• Adaptable to evolving technology, processes, and AI enhancements.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for partner-facing interactions.
• Experience with AI tools for task automation or communication is an asset.
