Job Description- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and define product requirements.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including customers and partners, to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Energy and Resources sector and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Energy and Resources sector
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications in the Energy and Resources industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex product lifecycles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Strategic thinking and ability to align product initiatives with business goals
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
