- COOLING & AIR LINES - MOLDED HOSE DESIGN / PIPE AS DESIGN
- FUEL LINES - HOSE ASSEMBLY DESIGN / ROUTING / EXPERIENCE WITH CAT FLD IS ADVANTAGE
- DEF LINES - HOSE ASSEMBLY DESIGN / KNOWLEDGE ON DEF SYSTEM
- ENGINE MOUNTING - BASIC KNOWLEDGE ON CASTINGS / BASIC KNOWLEDGE ON VIBRATION
- EXHAUST GROUP - KNOWLEDGE ON EXHAUST SYSTEMS / HEAVY SHEET METAL BRACKET DESIGN
- GUARD GROUP - SHEETMETAL / PLASTIC GUARD DESIGN
- COUPLING GROUP - KNOWLEDGE ON CASTINGS /ROTATING COMPONENTS
- ENGINE - STARTING AID / ANTI FREEZING AID - KNOWLEDGE & INTEGRATION
GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH CAT INTERNAL APPLICATIONS SUCH AS HVC , TEAMCENTER , CPPS STANDARDS.
- MODELLING IN CREO - SHEETMETAL / CASTINGS / HOSE DESIGN / BASIC TOL STACK UP CHECK
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL - CHECK DRAWINGS AS PER DESIGN SCOPE / EXECUTE QUICK DETAILING (DRAWINGS) FOR SUPPLIER FEASIBILITY / GD & T
- FEA ON CREO SIMULATE / STRUCTURAL ( STATIC / MODAL ANALYSIS ) / THERMAL ( ADVANTAGE)
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE ON BOLTED JOINT ANALYSIS
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE ON CALCULATION OF STRESS / FORCE / STIFFNESS OF A BODY
- BASIC DFMEA FOR DESIGN/ LAYOUT STUDY IN VISMOCKUP
- TEAMCENTER ACTIVITIES - MODEL CLEANUP / UPLOAD
- Good Communication Skills
- Quick Learner
