Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Platform Implementation & Strategy

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AEP and RTCDP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using AEP components.

Data Engineering & Modeling

• Design and manage Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas.
• Configure and maintain datasets, sources, and identity graphs.
• Ensure high-quality data ingestion and transformation pipelines.

​Customer Profile & Segmentation

• Build and optimize Real-Time Customer Profiles.
• Configure identity resolution rules and namespace mappings.
• Create and manage audience segments for activation across channels.

​Activation & Integration

• Integrate AEP with downstream systems (Adobe Target, Analytics, Journey Optimizer, etc.).
• Enable real-time personalization and decisioning.
• Work with APIs and connectors for seamless data flow.

​Governance & Optimization

• Monitor platform performance and data quality.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
• Continuously optimize workflows and segmentation logic.

Employees at all levels are expected to:

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, data engineering, or customer data platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and RTCDP.
• Strong understanding of XDM schemas, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Adobe Web/Mobile SDKs and event-driven data layers.
• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and Journey Optimizer is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
