Job Summary

Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Analyzes, tests and assists with the integration of new applications. Oversees the documentation of all development activity. Trains non-technical personnel. Assists with tracking performance metrics. Provides guidance and support to other Engineers. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of .NET applications from concept to deployment.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions using AWS services such as App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL.
• Have Knowledge on SQL Server and GraphQL.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune application performance.
• Champion DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas.

 

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor and guide developers on coding best practices, design patterns, and Agile principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

 

Experience & Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and React.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or AWS DevOps.
