Your new role
As our new , Engineer - Bid & Sales Assistance you will play a critical role by supporting bid managers and the extended tender team in the coordination, preparation and management of bids and proposals. You will support bid manager in daily bid management activities, liaising with technical leads throughout the lifecycle of a provider selection process to ensure the efficient development of high-quality, client-centric, and successful proposals.
You will also support the BIS team in organizational and administrative matters, and account management and regional commercial activities. Your contributions will foster efficient team collaborations across the wind division.

Job Description
As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will be involved in a variety of local and global wind projects and handle a wide range of tasks, including:
- Preparation assistance. Aid in the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals by collecting, compiling and updating specific information for responses, CVs, and project references.
- Tender team support. Provide support to the tender team by handling administrative tasks and internal processes, such as managing communication, managing the registration/updating process of the tender portal profile, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating the proposal signing process.
- Data management. Support documentation of client- and project-relevant data through a variety of digital tools (e.g., CRM) and assist in compiling information for business intelligence activities (e.g., key account and country meetings).
- Content management. Support in organizing and maintaining templates, references, capability statements, presentations, CVs, etc.
Your new team
You will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, which supports Ramboll’s global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies and is responsible for its bid management and sales processes. You will coordinate, guide and support cross-functional teams, establishing compliance with client and Ramboll Group requirements and guidelines.

- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferred. Areas/fields: Business Development, Business Administration, Marketing & Business Intelligence, Business & Development & Innovation, Engineering in Energy (e.g., Renewable Energy).
- Relevant procurement, bid management, business development & Intelligence experience desired (2-5 years of experience).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail and highly organized.
- Familiar with public / private procurement processes and with commercial, contractual and execution models.
