About the Role:
We are looking for a software engineer to join CrowdStrike's global TechOps CICD Software Delivery Automation (SDA) team. You will collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team to design, build, and optimize CI/CD workflows that power software delivery for millions of customers worldwide. This role focuses on CI/CD pipeline reliability, developer experience, and automation at enterprise scale.
What You'll Do:
Design & Build: Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions using modern DevOps toolchains
Developer Experience: Create self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space that reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles
Reliability Engineering: Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for our owned services
Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization.
What You'll Need:
4+ years of platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience in enterprise environments
CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms
Containerization: Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Programming Skills: Strong scripting abilities in Python, Go, or PowerShell
Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns
Version Control: SCM experience including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies (Bitbucket, Gitlab)
Preferred Qualifications:
Configuration management experience (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt)
Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Logscale)
Experience with GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD, Flux)
Experience with IaC solutions such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
