Job Responsibilities:
- Well versed in Supplier Quality & New Supplier Development.
- Should have core skills - PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, Layout inspection, 8D, kaizen, 7 QC tools, Six sigma.
- Detail knowledge of APQP process documentation, Supplier on boarding, Supplier documents review.
- Well versed with Supplier Audits, follow-ups & corrective actions.
- Detail knowledge of CTQ (Critical to Quality) & Special processes - CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement).
- Should have knowledge of customer portal for different OEM's.
- Participate in drawing review and project status with Engineering & Quality.
- Weekly review with customer for Quality services performance.
- Detail knowledge of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and follow defined processes.
- Good Knowledge of SAP /PLM+, Purchase order management, Request Run at Rate from Suppliers, Supplier Tracking Database.
- Hands on experience on VPP (Ford portal)
- Open to traveling to supplier sites as needed for conducting supplier audits.
- Knowledge of IMDS will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills & proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
- Should be collaborative with others, effectively work in team, taking orders from reporting Lead / Managers and following it precisely.
- Maintain healthy working environment in team as well as in organization.
