Job Summary
Responsible for servicing hardware components including RMA and pull-out units, conducting firmware testing and development support, maintaining automation devices, and collaborating with development teams for bug tracking and resolution. The role also emphasizes strong interpersonal communication, ownership, and adherence to company policies and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle servicing of RMA and pull-out IMBs, servers, and Qube Wire products.
- Test and service LED modules and automation devices.
- Ensure production server maintenance and manage tools effectively.
- Test and identify firmware-related bugs and Support firmware release testing and deployments.
- Install, test, and deploy new hardware for development and assist in handling and testing new hardware tool kits.
- Provide effective troubleshooting to maintain Average Handling Time (AHT) within SLA limits.
- Share analytical insights with the development team for problem resolution.
- Stay updated with latest versions, firmware, and hardware components.
Required Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hardware servicing and firmware testing preferred.
- Strong understanding of hardware components and service protocols.
- Experience in firmware testing and debugging.
- Familiarity with automation devices and tool kits.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and service techniques.
