What We'll Bring:
We are looking for a skilled Engineer to join our Marketing Solutions team. The ideal candidate will bring strong backend engineering experience in a polyglot environment using Java and Python. This role requires solid fundamentals in API development, microservices, SQL, and cloud ready architectures, along with strong collaboration and problem solving skills.What You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in backend service development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in backend development using Java or Python (must have at least one; both preferred).
- Experience with:
- Java Spring Boot or Python Flask
- API and microservices design
- SQL and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins.
- Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration abilities.
- High personal commitment, accountability, and team orientation.
Good to Have
- Experience building or scaling large distributed systems.
- Exposure to marketing technology, customer segmentation, or analytics solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and/or Python.
- Build and enhance APIs and microservices using frameworks such as Spring Boot (Java) and Flask (Python).
- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access logic, preferably using PostgreSQL.
- Contribute to building scalable, maintainable backend systems in a polyglot environment.
- Participate in CI/CD activities using tools such as Git and Jenkins.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the backend service stack.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, product managers, and senior engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, communication, and a “can‑do” attitude in day‑to‑day work.
- Contribute to cloud‑aligned development practices; exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus.
