Your Day to Day

As Engineering Manager, Web Ops you will:

  • Build out an internal engineering team focused on Web Operations for Sales and Marketing.

  • Deliver of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions across business apps and platforms.

  • Improve process efficiency and reliability across technical deliveries.

  • Drive key deployment cycles and improve collaboration cadence.

  • Demonstrate impact in technical execution, process refinement, and team development.

  • Sustain high performance, lead further innovation, and mentor next generation talent globally.

What We’re Looking For

As an Engineering Manager, Web ops – your backround will look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 4 or more years of experience in technical roles that include leadership responsibilities.

  • Background in managing or collaborating with global teams.

  • Technical and architectural credentials/certifications with relevant technology stacks.

  • Experience working within various stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); effective communicator in team settings.

  • Familiarity with automation, AI, or observability tools.

  • Experience with specialized platforms or domains (for example, Sitecore, generative AI platforms, or complex integrations).

  • Skills in system design, architecture, and integration; experience working with third-party and middleware APIs.

  • Understanding of agile practices, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

  • Knowledge of data security concepts and software delivery at scale.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish (B2+ level on both languages)

  • This is a hybrid role; the candidate must have the flexibility to work in the office as needed
