Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team. The QA Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards for our products and processes. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software and/or hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of QA methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for quality.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement the overall QA strategy, goals, and objectives aligned with the company's product roadmap and business objectives.
- Define and maintain quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Plan and manage QA resources, including personnel, tools, and environments.
- Identify and mitigate potential quality risks throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in QA and testing methodologies.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Assign tasks, set performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the QA team and with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, Product, DevOps).
- Identify training and development needs for team members and facilitate their growth.
- Test Execution and Management:
- Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Ensure adequate test coverage for all aspects of the product.
- Manage and coordinate different types of testing, including functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Monitor test execution progress, analyze test results, and report on the quality status.
- Drive the use of automation tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts.
- Defect Management:
- Establish and manage the defect tracking process, ensuring timely identification, reporting, and resolution of defects.
- Analyze defect trends and provide insights to the development team for process improvement.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and prioritize defect resolution.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software/hardware quality assurance, with at least 6+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of different testing types and techniques.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Pyspark, TestNG).
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating QA processes.
- Knowledge of Internet related domain
