As an Engineering Operations Manager with Klaviyo you will have the opportunity to drive the strategic evolution of engineering operations and have a direct impact in Klaviyo's success.
You Will:

• Define and implement Engineering's strategic use of Jira to enhance visibility, streamline work and improve dependency mapping across engineering teams.
• Define and champion both organizational and team level metrics that empower us to make critical decisions, pivot when needed and deliver at our best.
• Establish a mechanism for teams to self-assess their health building out a communication framework for leadership review.
• Seek opportunities to use both AI and automation to deliver more with minimal overhead on engineering teams.
• Play a key role in the quarterly and annual planning processes.
• Be curious and help teams identify and implement the most valuable agile principles, tailored as needed to the teams needs. Provide the "right" amount of support with the goal of leading teams to build and maintain healthy agile habits while remaining self-organized.
• Foster an environment of ownership, transparency, and accountability

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with Engineering Operations, Program Management, Agile Delivery or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Jira administration and design workflows for efficient collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment of shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
• Capable of working both tactically and strategically to drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact and influence at various levels of the organization.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. $172,000 - $258,000 USD
