We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the implementation of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM). In this role, you will work closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders, tailoring engagements to match their EA maturity level. Your responsibilities will include implementing key EAM use cases such as Application Portfolio Management, Application Rationalization, Solution Governance, Technology Risk Management, and Architecture Modeling. You will provide strategic guidance and mentorship to customers, helping them evolve their EA practices, while also contributing to the ongoing development of our EAM Practice offerings.
**This can be a remote role for anyone living in India.
What you will do:
- Implement Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) using SAP LeanIX for various disciplines of Enterprise Architecture.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional stakeholders across various engagements, tailored to their Enterprise Architecture (EA) maturity level, including EA tool evaluation, proof of concept, initial onboarding, and scaling implementations.
- Implement key EAM use cases such as Application Portfolio Management, Business Capability Assessment, Application Portfolio Rationalization, Enterprise Architecture Roadmap, Planning, and Technology Risk Management.
- Establish the enterprise metamodel, identifying source systems for entities and relationships.
- Manage data flows across systems such as LeanIX, Apptio Targetprocess, Apptio One, Jira, and ServiceNow, configuring and integrating these systems with LeanIX.
- Offer strategic guidance and mentoring to customers on evolving their EA practices and applying EA principles effectively.
- Take ownership of specific topics and contribute actively to the ongoing development and enhancement of our EAM Practice offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10-12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT management
- 4+ years in an Enterprise architecture role, with a strong leadership presence in complex organizations.
- You understand how enterprise, solution, and software enterprise architecture can enhance product delivery, business agility, and technology ROI, and you excel at solving both organizational and technical challenges.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, possess excellent communication skills, and can effectively present, negotiate, and influence at the leadership level.
- Passionate about systematic enterprise architecture and familiar with standards like TOGAF and tools such as LeanIX.
- Have a keen interest in modern technologies and practices, including Cloud, Microservices, and Agile Development.
- You are a strategic thinker who adapts well to change, navigates ambiguity, complexity, and maintains a calm and professional demeanor.
Education and certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT, or related field.
