As an Enterprise Product Designer at Session AI, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver best-in-class enterprise software solutions. Leveraging your expertise in UI Design, user experience (UX) design, interaction design, and information architecture, you will create intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional user interfaces for our enterprise customers. You will champion user-centered design principles, conduct user research, and iterate on designs to ensure seamless user experiences that meet the unique needs of enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of enterprise users. Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations to inform product development.

UX Design: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts. Develop information architecture, navigation models, and interaction patterns that optimize usability and enhance user productivity.

Visual Design: Define visual design systems, style guides, and component libraries that maintain brand consistency and elevate the visual appeal of our enterprise software products. Apply typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles to create polished and professional user interfaces.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into design solutions. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional workshops to foster collaboration and alignment.

Accessibility: Ensure that our enterprise software products comply with accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG and Section 508. Conduct accessibility audits, usability testing with diverse user groups, and remediate design issues to ensure inclusivity and equal access for all users.

Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions. Gather feedback from users, iterate on designs based on usability findings, and advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
Documentation: Document design specifications, interaction patterns, and design rationale to ensure clear communication and alignment across cross-functional teams. Maintain design artifacts, version control, and design documentation in collaboration tools or design systems.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field; Master's degree preferred. ● 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles, with a focus on enterprise software or complex web applications. ● Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. ● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of enterprise product design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. ● Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design methodologies, and agile development processes. ● Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders. ● Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles is a plus. ● Familiarity with enterprise software domains or collaboration tools is desirable. ● Passion for design innovation, continuous learning, and creating exceptional user experiences in the enterprise software space.
