Design, develop, and deliver enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and third parties; lead design, CI/CD, governance, code reviews, mentoring, and production support.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with 8–12 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations, along with the ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and deliver scalable digital transformation solutions.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Design and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party applications.
- Develop custom connectors, plugins, APIs, and reusable components.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide best practices for Power Platform development.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support project delivery activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for Power Platform solutions.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
