- Build and modify Power Automate cloud flows (automated, instant, scheduled)
- Implement flows inside Solutions using environment variables, connection references, and child flows
- Enhance existing flows for new requirements without breaking production
- Work with SharePoint Online lists and document libraries
- Perform basic Dataverse CRUD operations
- Integrate with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and external systems
- Consume REST APIs using HTTP actions
- Parse JSON and handle structured data reliably
- Apply defined best practices such as trigger conditions and concurrency control
- Prevent infinite loops, duplicate processing, and uncontrolled retries
- Optimize flows for readability and maintainability
- Implement structured error handling using scope-based patterns
- Configure failure notifications and logging
- Perform basic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Escalate architectural issues with clear evidence
- Follow Dev/Test/Prod environment boundaries
- Use approved connectors and service accounts
- Comply with security and data access policies
- Work with Power Platform Architects, Business Analysts, and M365 administrators
- Participate in design reviews and walkthroughs
- Maintain clear documentation for support and handover
- 2–4 years of hands-on Power Automate experience
- Strong understanding of triggers, actions, expressions, variables, and scopes
- Experience building flows inside Solutions
- Practical experience with SharePoint Online
- Basic Dataverse knowledge
- Experience integrating flows with Power Apps (Canvas)
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
- Exposure to Copilot Studio integrations
- Experience supporting legacy workflow migrations (SPD, Nintex, InfoPath)
