Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Events & Marketing Partnerships Manager to join our remote team. The Events & Marketing Partnerships Manager will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact event marketing initiatives and collaborative partner activations. This role will focus on building meaningful CSR-aligned partnerships and delivering engaging experiences through roundtables, webinars, conferences, and joint campaigns. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a startup tech environment. 

Please note: This is a remote, India-based 40 hr/week contract position that requires working hours from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of virtual and in-person events, including roundtables, webinars, and conferences.
  • Develop comprehensive event marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact.
  • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate co-marketing partnerships aligned with CSR and social impact objectives.
  • Manage partner relationships from initial outreach through activation and post-campaign reporting.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives such as guest newsletter features, co-branded content, sponsorship placements, and panel participation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
  • Own event timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, speaker management, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on event and partnership performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
  • Maintain strong brand representation across all partner and event touchpoints.

Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in event marketing, partnerships, field marketing, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing both virtual and in-person events.
  • Experience managing marketing partnerships or co-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking marketing performance metrics.
  • Experience working with CSR, social impact, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
