Executive Assistant – Heads of Sales

We are looking for a detail oriented and trustworthy person to be the Executive Assistant to both the Head of Australia (based in Perth, Australia) and Southeast Asia and the Head of Central Asia and India (based in Almaty, Kazakhstan) for FLS Service Business Line. This position will split time supporting both in order to free them up to drive the business and be based in either our Chennai or Jakarta office. This is a great opportunity to get into FLS and immediately work with some of our top executives to gain experience to build a career at FLS.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage the schedules and coordinate meetings of assigned people including the operating rhythm of the sales areas

• Manage expense reports

• Book travel

• Coordinate meetings cadence

• Organize sales meetings and events

• Other duties to be assigned

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Effective communication

• Detail oriented

• Ability to maintain confidential information

• Proactive, self-driven work ethic and the ambition to take full ownership of responsibilities

• Desire to continuously learn and develop new and existing skills
