About the Role
The Executive Assistant at Zenoti will support the COO by managing tasks, communication, and operations seamlessly across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary resource for the COO, managing calendars and scheduling across time zones.
  • Organize meeting logistics, prepare notes, and track action items for timely completion.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel for the COO and guests.
  • Prepare and submit accurate expense reports on time.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, projects, and operational initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Represent Zenoti and its leadership with professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with business tools like Word, Excel, Gmail, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible to work hours aligned with the COO’s US-based schedule.
