KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be involved in the autonomation projects carried out through autonomation center and ensure the objectives and timelines are met.
- Coordinate with other internal SBUs and external parties to arrange training programmes/ workshops for the central and plants’ teams in order to upgrade the skill & competency levels.
- Liaise with members from other innovation pillars, the central autonomation team and engage in effective knowledge sharing thereby, constantly searching for ways to better the process.
- Prepare 3D designs and animations for the prototypes whilst, designing and fabricating electronic circuits pertaining to autonomation initiatives.
- Liaise with external integrators and consultants on developing work packages or turnkey projects in order to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders / teams to identify the autonomation requirements and provide necessary guidelines.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Autonomation.
- 1-3 years of relevant work Experience
- PLC, HMI programming and troubleshooting Machine automation project development Electrical panel.
- design and wiring Breakdown analysis and root cause identification Team.
- leadership and cross functional coordination.
- Experience in industrial automation.
- Experience in developing and implementing autonomation projects in production floor Practical
- Experience in panel building and machine integration .
- Experience handling critical machine breakdowns.
- Experience in coordinating with other teams.
