Job Description: HR Generalist

  • Accountabilities:
  • Time Office: Oversee the time office function, including attendance management, leave management of all associates.
  • Contract Labor Management & Statutory compliances: Manage the contract labor workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws. Monthly audit of all contractors
  • Training & Development : Preparing Training Calander
  • Talent acquisition and payroll support
  • Report Generation: Generate various HR reports, including headcount reports, attrition reports, and performance reports etc
  • Employee Benefit: Medical Insurance, LWF, WC etc
  • Statutory Compliance: Apprentice program, Labour Office, DISH Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the time office function, including attendance management, leave management, and payroll processing.
  • Manage the contract labor workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Handling end-to-end apprenticeship program as per the statutory requirements.
  • Generate various HR reports, including headcount reports, attrition reports, and performance reports ctc
  • Manage the medical insurance program for employees, including enrollment, claims processing, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related topics, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training and development initiatives.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • EHS responsibilities :
    • To follow site EHS procedure and best practices
    • Read and understand relevant procedure and perform the work safely
    • Support site EHS in safety campaign and safety observations to prevent injuries
    • Follow the site PSM procedure and implement the PSM culture

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and quick in execution

Required Experience:

4-7 years of experience in HR Generalist role.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related field.

Excellent skill of computer – Basic
